Day Fifteen: Very small shells

So I had been looking at this for a while, but it finally arrived in the mail today: a set of extension tubes for my camera!  What are those, you ask?  They are extensions that fit between the camera body and the lens in order to increase the magnification possible in taking a photograph.  This allows for getting really close up images.  In commemoration of this, I took a few shots of some small sea-shells Jackie and I have around the apartment that allowed me to get some true macro shots (Object on the detector is larger than in real life)  All of these shells were around 1/4 inches in size, so it was awesome seeing them so large.  I will be playing around with these more in the future!
